Mini-sessions and full sessions - which is the one for you?

I offer two types of session - minis and full sessions. So what's the difference, and which one should you book?

Full sessions

These are bespoke sessions for families or just the kids and are tailored to you. Prior to your session we'll have a chat on the phone so that I can find out all about your family and we can decide on the date and the perfect location for your session, and I'll send you my preparation guide so that you can get the best out of your session. The session itself takes around 1-2 hours - there's no time limit and I don't run full sessions back-to-back, so if your little ones (or you!) are a little shy and take a while to warm up to the camera, then that's no problem, we take as long as we need! Alternatively, if your little ones are reluctant to take direction or like to run around a lot, a full session is perfect for you for just the same reason! The sessions cost £75 which covers the shoot itself, my time and expertise in retouching each image for your gallery, and the viewing and ordering session which will take place approximately 2 weeks after your session. No images or products are included in the session fee. Most families spend over £600 on products although there is no minimum spend. Digitals are available only with the purchase of wall art or products.

If you're looking for beautiful, heirloom quality products and a bespoke service, tailored to you, a full session is the one for you.

Mini-sessions

If you've always wanted to book a professional photoshoot but just don't seem to have the time, or you've never experienced a professional photoshoot before and are a little bit hesitant, my mini-sessions are perfect for you. These are much shorter sessions of 25 minutes each with prints and digitals included in the price - all you have to do is select the images you want from your online gallery after your session, and I'll do the rest. As the session is shorter, the gallery from your session will be smaller in comparison with a full session, and this is reflected in the overall pricing. You'll still get my preparation guide beforehand to help you get the best out of your session. The dates and location are selected by me and slots are limited, as I only offer a small number of mini-session days each year. If you're just looking to update the family album with a few new images, then minis will suit you perfectly.
